First licensed in 1994, I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida in 1995.  I have also earned the Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS) and Certified Marketing Specialist (CMS) designations and am continually educating myself through professional development courses and continuing education.
