First licensed in 1994, I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida in 1995.  I have also earned the Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS) and Certified Marketing Specialist (CMS) designations and am continually educating myself through professional development courses and continuing education.

In addition to providing real estate services in Central Florida, I enjoy supporting the needy children in our community.  I ran the Central Florida Toys for Tots program from 2002-2005 and provided over 215,000 toys to more than 40,000 children.  I now run a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that benefits the local Toys for Tots program.
